Casumo on mobile: browser, app and tips

Setup, data, payments and safety: Casumo on a phone, step by step.

Playing in the browser

The mobile site works in Safari, Chrome and other browsers. No download is involved, which makes it the quickest start. Menus, the cashier and the search bar are arranged for one-handed use.

The phone gets the full lobby, from slots to tables. Live dealer tables stream to the phone in good quality as well. Bettors get the complete sportsbook on the phone. One account works everywhere, with the same balance and settings.

Save a shortcut on the home screen and the site opens like an app. The shortcut option is in the browser menu. Unlike an app, it never needs updating. How the mobile site scores overall is covered in the full review of Casumo.

App or shortcut

The Android app is an APK from the official site, not from the Play Store. The phone will ask for permission to install. The warning is generic and appears for every app outside the store. The Android app guide walks through the installation step by step.

IPhone users play through Safari, ideally with a home-screen shortcut. Whichever option you choose, the account and the lobby are identical.

Performance and data

Any recent smartphone runs the games smoothly. Older phones may load heavy slots more slowly, but the site still works. Updating the browser and the system avoids most glitches.

• Free up memory by closing background apps
• Landscape works, and many slots look better that way
• Clearing the cache fixes most display problems
• Keep enough battery for long sessions
• Stream live games over Wi-Fi where possible

Ordinary games are light on data, video tables are not. If you are on a limited mobile plan, keep live games for Wi-Fi. A lost connection does not erase a round: the outcome is recorded and appears when you return.

Cashier and help on the go

The full cashier is available on the phone. Players in Pakistan can pay on the phone with Bank Transfer, Sadapay, Upaisa, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, iCash. One, JetonBank and Cashmall. Many methods redirect you to your payment app for approval. The full list of methods is in the guide to deposit methods.

The phone camera makes KYC uploads quick. Make sure the photo is sharp, well lit and shows the whole document. The team is reachable 24/7 through live chat, email and phone, in a window that fits the phone. Our customer support guide compares chat, email and the help centre.

Claiming offers on a phone

The welcome offer, 100% up to PKR 163,000 + 50 free spins, can be claimed on the phone as well. The account menu on the phone shows the rollover progress.

Safety on mobile

Save the right address as a bookmark. Install the app only from the official site. Log in exclusively on the official address. The official Casumo site and its mirrors have a guide of their own.

Set up two-factor authentication in your account if it is available. A screen lock on the phone protects the account if the device is lost. Log out when you use someone else's device.

Free public networks can expose your data. Switch to mobile data for deposits and withdrawals. No genuine agent asks for login details by message, call or email, and support should hear about any message of that kind. A lost device is a reason to reset your password immediately.

Keeping mobile play in check

Constant access makes self-control more important. Set deposit limits in your account settings. A reminder after a set time keeps sessions short.

Self-exclusion and time-outs are available from the phone as well. Turn off promotional notifications if they tempt you to play more. Gambling is for adults, 18+, and should stay entertainment. Do not gamble on the way to work or late at night out of boredom. Removing the app from the home screen can help when play becomes automatic. Talking to someone about it is always a good step.
